Kathryn Bernardo becomes emotional during their newest film’s victory party

Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo have always been one of the country’s most-sought loveteams of today. Because of their superb acting skills and undeniable chemistry, they are able to receive tons of awards and recognition. Whether it be a TV series or a movie, there’s no doubt that these two will definitely bring the most out of it. Besides their acting career, they recently hit headlines after they confirmed their 5-year-relationship to the public.

They made the announcement during the press conference of “The Hows of Us,” which was their latest movie. Today, their film has already earned almost half a billion peso which definitely made the reel-to-real couple happy.

During their victory party last Thursday, the 22-year-old actress can’t help but be emotional as she thanked the people who helped her throughout the movie. Kathryn admitted that she recently faced a lot of challenges but chose not to talk about it. Instead, she thanked director Cathy Garcia-Molina and Olivia Lamasan who have always believed in her.

Kathryn also admitted that she felt lost early this year and has felt tired with everything she does. Her self-consciousness and anxiety also added up to her doubt with her self. These factors made it harder for her to accept the said film.

“Hindi ko naman dine-deny. Alam din nila ang struggle ko doon and tinanggap namin itong ‘The Hows Of Us’ nang hindi ko alam ang magiging outcome. Kailangan mo siyang sugalan e,” she said.

According to her, it wasn’t easy for her to accept the project due to pressure but thanks to her “moms” in the industry, she was able to conquer her fear. The “La Luna Sangre” star also thanked her fans who didn’t fail to support their tandem. Her leading man also didn’t forget to praise his girlfriend who worked hard to produce an outstanding movie.
